Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)
1/2  teaspoon
2  tablespoons
2  tablespoons
3/4  cup
3  dashes
1  dash
1  dash
3  ounces
1/2  tablespoon
8  fl. oz.

Boil the noodles and set aside.
Make Stuffing: a) saute together the butter, mushrooms and onions. b) add and simmer about 5 minutes: the spinach, nutmeg, salt and pepper d) after mixture has cooled somewhat add: the Ricotta (or cottage) cheese and cream. e) mix thoroughly and season to taste
fill the Cannelloni tubes with mixture and place in baking dish
cover with the sauce
Bake at 350 degrees about 30-40 minutes
