Directions:

In a skillet, heat oil and saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes.

Add the pork and soy sauce and saute for 3 minutes.

Add the water, cover the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add potatoes, chickpeas, bell pepper, and bay leaf.

Continue cooking until sauce thicken.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
