desolve Geltan on to of 2 cups of the cold milk

Heat 2 cups of milk in Microwave for 3 min.

add Splenda

after Geltan is disolved in the cold milk now heat this for 3 min.

stir into other hot milk and add Cocunut

This recipe is for Mexican milk jello. Do you make the packaged flavored jello with hot milk? Or do you use "3 cups of Tlb Geltan"? Where do you find this stuff? Is it 3 cups of prepared unflavored gelatin? or what? I'm confused, though intrigued. ; )
