Directions:  
Mince garlic. In a large saucepan, heat oil and sauté onion, red peppers, and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Add broth and spices; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add the green beans; cook 5 minutes more.

Add the squash, pinto beans, and lime juice. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with cilantro.
