Directions:  
1-brown ground beef
1-in a slow cooker add;
Onions
Stewed tomatoes
tomato sauce
Kidney beans
Chili seasoning
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste
Crushed red peppers to taste
3- Put slow cooker on high until tomatoes come to slow boil
4- Add ground beef when browned
5- turn slow cooker to low and let simmer for 6 to 8 hours
