preheat oven to 375 F. lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. add eggs, mix well. combine oats, flour, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl. stir into butter mixture until blended.

mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and cinnamon in small bowl. drop dough by rounded teaspoon fuls into cinnamon mixture; toss to coat/ place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.

bake 8 - 11 minutes or until firm in center. do not overbake. remove to wire racks to cool
