Rinse salmon, pat dry, lightly top with sea salt, set aside

mix all ingredients except for the salmon, in a small bowl

blend well, rub the marinate over all of the salmon

refrigerate for at least one hour, can be much longer

before cooking remove most of the miso sauce from the salmon

the sauce will easily burn when broiling, baking and grilling are best

baking allows you more time to do what ever you need to do

garnish with thinly sliced green onion, and parsley (optional)

serve with your favorite rice
