Directions:  
Put potaotes carrots and beans in pot with 1-1/4 cups hot water. Bring to a boil. reduce heat a little, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add to pan. Add coconut milk and salt. Cook covered 6-7 minutes. Add garam masala and turmeric. Stir and serve
