Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in large dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef and garlic; cook until beef browned on all sides.

Stir in pkg of Seasoning Mix (entire pkg. equals 5 tbsp.). Add bouillion cube to water and pour over browned beef. Bring to boil, cover. reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occassionally.

Add cut up vegetables (onion, celery, carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes if desired) - vegetable should be cut up to approximately the same size; simmer additional 45 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional flour, if desired.
