Directions:  
chicken bakes at 350 for 45 to 60 min, depending on oven
stuffing is maded w/ chicken broth rather than water.
Saute diced carrots, celery, onion and apple until soft and browned.
Mix vegs. & apples into stuffing mix. Stir well than put in cassole dish covered w/ foil and bake for 25-30 min. Make sure timed well so that chicken and stuffing done at the same time. I sometimes sprinkle Seasoning Salt on top of chicken before baking, but only if you are eating some of the skin
