In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Add fish to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Remove fish from the heat; keep warm.
Add lemon juice to the pan; whisk over heat for 1 minute with pan juices. Pour sauce over fish. Top with parsley and toasted almonds.
