Description: A traditional British/New Zealand breakfast treat, their version is w/ cream, I use 1 or 2% milk and fat free Greek yogurt instead for less fat and more protein.
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 cups)

put oats in a big bowl
add chopped nuts, seeds and dried fruit
sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top
pour milk over mixture til oats are floating
cover and refrigerate overnight
serve w/ Greek yogurt and honey
