Directions:  
In bread machine put all ingredients except seeds in the above order or as specified in your bread machine. Set for white, dough setting if you choose to make two small loaves and bake in the oven, otherwise, set for large and your desired shade setting. Turn on machine and when it beeps for additions, add sunflower, flax and or sesame seeds if desired. Seeds are optional. When dough cycle is complete, remove from pan and shape and place in greased, floured bread pan or 2 small pans, cover and let rise in warm place for 50 minutes. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees and then reduce heat to 375. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. The small loaves will make 14 to 16 slices. Calories stated are for a slice of small loaf.
