Add 1 t. of honey to warm water.

Stir well. Then add pk. of yeast.

Wait 10 min. until yeast is risen.

Combine sea salt, flour and butter. Cut in butter.

Stir yeast and then add to dry ingredients.

Let rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size.

Knead down and wait until risen again.

Grease pan, and make small buns.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
