heat oil
add sliced mushrooms, garlic saute until tender
add 1/2 to 1 cup chicken stock (little at a time) and bring to simmer
add mascarpone cheese and stir until incorporated add shrimp
simmer 5 minutes.
add al dente pasta simmer 2 minutes
place in serving bowl add chopped parsley
