Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (3 cups)

Cut avacadoes in half, remove pit, mash with fork into a small bowl. Add juice from lime, and spices.
Roast red pepper 10 minutes at 400 degrees
Chop pepper and onion, add with basil and sour cream to avacado mix.
Mix well, add more seasonings if desired.
Put this in your mayo jar and use instead of mayo
