Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spread Multi-grain Rounds evenly over a baking sheet (do not grease)
In a frying pan on medium-high heat, cook ground beef until brown and drain excess fat from pan
Reduce to medium heat and add vegetables and seasoning
Simmer mixing occasionally until vegetables have reached desired consistency
Spread meat/veg mixture evenly over Rounds
Sprinkle cheese over meat
Bake in oven until cheese is melted
(ground turkey and diced skinless boneless chicken breasts can be substituted for ground beef if you are looking for a lower fat alternative)
