Clean and cut rhubarb into 2" pieces (about 10 cups)

Place in large heavy bottomed pot

Add sugar

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer

Simmer for 30 min. until stewed

Place in containers and serve (I have mine with toast for breakfast)
