Directions:

Blend cereal in bullet or blender until it resembles flour

Add baking powder and blend again for a few seconds

Stir egg white, soy milk and vanilla together.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir thoroughly

Place in non stick skillet sprayed with Pam canola spray

Cook over medium-low heat until top bubbles and crust forms around edge
