Crust: Mix crumbs, 3 tblsp Turbanado sugar and butter together. Then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake at 325 degree for 65 to 70 minutes.

Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen cake after it is cooled
Refridgerate 4 hours or overnight.
