Directions:  
Combine peanut butter, milk powder and coconut in a large bowl.

Stir in oats, cinnamon, wheat germ, apple juice concentrate and dates. Mix thoroughly.

Shape into 1.5" balls. Chill about 1 hr or more before serving.
