Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Stir all dry ingredients together. Put aside.

Beat the oils and sugars together with a mixer until well blended.

Beat the vanilla and eggs into the wet mix using a low speed.

Stir in the chocolate chips, raisins and nuts (all are optional).

Drop by TEASPOONS (for small) or TABLESPOONS (for larger) cookies onto a Pam sprayed or lightly oiled cookie sheet.

Bake 9 or 10 minutes for soft cookies or 10 to 15 minutes for crispy cookies.

Cool. Separate into baggies if you are alone so you don't over-eat. A serving is ONE cookie.
