1/4  cup
2  teaspoons
2  teaspoons
1  teaspoon
1/4  cup

zest one orange
peel zested orange and put in food processor
cut second orange into 8th and add to food processor.
blend until completely chopped
add yogurt and egg and blend
add dates and pulse (don't completely mash).
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix in wet and dry and put in lined muffin tin.
