Directions:  
Cream butter and sugars together
Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture, then beat until creamy
Mix baking soda and flour,cocoa together and add to butter mixture
Then add oatmeal, walnuts and chips to mixture
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
These can also be baked in a Nuwave oven.
On the bottom pan for 10minutes
