Combine eggs and milk. Beat well.

Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet.

I can't believe that your Omelet isn't made with Egg Whites, instead of (2) whole eggs! That "blows" a fair amount of Daily Fat intake AND Dairy ... Hmmmmm.

i tried this and failed! :/ it got all sloppy and i ended up eating scrambled omelette lol
