Combine eggs and milk. Beat well.
Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet and spray with cooking spray.
Chop all vegetables.
Add chopped vegetables.
Cook on medium heat until egg begins to bubble.
Fold over half of egg to cover vegetables.
Flip egg over and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until egg is cooked through.

Really??? A cheese and vegetable omlet with 20g fat...oh, wait a minute - look at the directions #6: "Fold over half of egg to cover HAM and cheese". I trust FitClick recipes to be accurate, so please fix this one so it represents a vegetarian meal. Thanks
