chop onions thin

melt butter in wok, add onions, and sauté over medium high heat for 20-30 minutes, until dark brown and cartelized. Every so often, put in a splash of white wine, and let it cook off.

process cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Add sour cream and process until mixed.
