Crush Raman noodles inside package then put in frying pan with a small amount of olive oil and lightly brown. Save the seasoning package and add to the dressing if desired.

Add sesame seed to noodles and cook just a little longer until sesame seeds lightly brown and begin to pop.

Cut up the cabbage or purchase cabbage for coleslaw in a plastic bag at the produce section of the grocery store

Slice the onions including 3" of green part and combine with the cabbage.

Drain mandarin oranges and add to cabbage. Lightly toss.

If you like the cabbage a little wilted, put dressing on it next and refrigerate for an hour or so.

Marinate chicken in your favorite Teriyaki sauce then grill until juices run clear. Don't overcook. Cut up into thin slices across grain.

Combine all parts of the dressing in a shaker bottle and mix well.

Combine all ingredients of salad and gently toss then add dressing if it wasn't added earlier for a wilted salad.
