Drain oysters. In a skillet, saute onions in butter for 3 minutes. Add oysters and cook until edges begin to curl. Remove from heat. In a bowl, beat eggs with beer, salt, hot sauce, garlic salt, and bacon. Pour egg mix over oysters in skillet. Return to low heat and cook until eggs set; stir constantly.
