Description: This is just the best recipe that I have tasted in a long time. Place it in the crock-pot and forget it.....but the wonderful smell will drive you crazy waiting to taste something that smells so wonderful. My adaptation of a recipe from Kraft Recipe
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings

Directions:

Trim all fat from pork, slice into serving size pieces.

Place pork in the bottom of the crock-pot, place potatoes on top of pork.

Mix soups together with mushrooms; pour over pork and potatoes.

Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 6 hours on low. Remember each crock-pot cooks differently; The important thing to remember is that you want the pork to be falling apart tender and the potatoes cooked. This can also be cooked in a 350 degree oven, covered for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Tip: if you want lots of gravy use entire cans of soup, you could also add broccoli, carrots, sliced zucchini, peas or veggies of your choice for a complete meal.
