Directions:  
Mix together bread crumbs,parmesan cheese and seasonings. Wisk together in a separate bowl the egg and water for dredging. Lightly coat fish in flour then dredge in egg then coat in parmesan coating. Fry in lightly sprayed pan. Serve with lemon wedges.
