Pasta with Pintos in Sauce

1  cup		cooked pinto beans
2  cups		cooked bow tie pasta
1  cup		marinara sauce
2		small zucchini,s sliced
8  ounces		fresh white mushrooms, sliced
1/4  cup		chopped onions
6		cloves garlic,s minced
1  tablespoon		olive oil
1-1/2  teaspoons		dried herbs

Mix dried herbs in olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta as per directions. Should yield 4 cups cooked.
Heat olive oil in large skillet and add onions and garlic to hot oil.
Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and mushrooms.
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cooked pinto beans and marinara sauce. Stir thoroughly, cover, and reduce heat to lowest setting. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, re-cover and heat through 5 minutes.
Optional ingredients: 2 cups raw dark leafy greens. Add with pintos and sauce.
