Description: This is a low calorie dessert. I use splenda in place of sugar and egg beaters in place of eggs.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings

16  ounces
2  cups
2/3  cup
1/2  cup
1  teaspoon
1  teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 Qt. Baking dish or a 9x9 baking dish with Pam Spray. Toss the draind diced peaches with the bread and place in the baking dish.
Whisk together the milk, egg beaters, splenda, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over the bread. Put baking dish into a larger dish and pour hot water into larger dish (about 1/2 inch). Bake 75 min. for 2 Qt. dish or 1 hour for a 9x9 dish. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
