Directions:  
slice the tenderloin open lenghtwise and spread the mustard and the pepper. Close and slice in three pieces. Cook in a pan in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Put aside in allu foil. Deglaze with wine and stock. Reduce the sauce to half a cup. Serve with the pork
