Directions:  
1)Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
2)Shape into 2-inch balls.
3)Mix 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 cup water together in pressure cooker.
4)Drop meatballs into soup mixture.
5)Seal cooker and cook 10 minutes at 15 lbs. pressure.
6)Remove cooker from heat and let pressure drop of its own accord.
