Spray skillet with vegetable oil. Place over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to hot skillet and brown for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 8 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more or until done. In a small bowl stir together remaining ingredients. Remove chops from skillet when done and keep warm. Pour honey mixture into hot skillet. Cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour over chops. Serves 4: 1 chop and 2 tbsp sauce per serving.
