Cut up pork tenderloin into bite size pieces and marinade for 4 hours. Pour oil in Wok and add the 2 stalks of Bok Choy, sliced; sliced mushrooms,onion, pea pods. Micro grate fresh ginger root and add minced garlic. Stir and let cook for a few minutes. Add pork, teriyaki sauce and stir until pork is cooked. Sprinkle flour, add broth and stir. Cover and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice
