Directions:

Chop the onion and garlic and cook in oil

Cut the pork in small 1 inch squares and fry in the pot after the onions are done

Cut carrots, potatoes and green beans in the mean time

Take out the green peas and let defrost in a bowl

After the meat is cooked about 10 min, add the curry and turmeric and fry for 1 minute with the meat and onions

Add the potatoes, carrots, and green beans to the pot and fry for about 3 minutes

Add the broth, turn stove to high and bring to a boil, after which turn the stove to below medium and cook for 45-60 minutes

10 minutes before done add the green peas and cornstarch mixed with a bit of water

Before serving add dry chives or any herbs preferred, salt and pepper to taste

Serve with Basmati Rice
