1.) Melt margarine in medium/large saucepan
2.) Stir in flour
3.) Stir in broth and powdered milk
4.) Stir in meat
5.) Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
6.) Spread vegetables in pan
7.) Cover with sauce mixture
8.) Cover with crescent rolls
9.) Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
10.) Let set for 15 minutes before serving
