Slice raw unpeeled potatoes wafer thin and pan fry in olive oil until lightly browned on both sides.
Beat eggs with pepper and curry powder and pour over potatoes.
Cover until eggs begin to set.
Cover with cheese.
Transfer skillet to broiler.
Boil until eggs puff and cheese bubbles.
Cut into serving pieces and top each with salsa.
