Directions:  
In a large bowl combine Egg Whites and Whole Egg; Add Vanilla Extract and salt; Blend in Oatmeal and Cinnamon. Mix well into batter-like consistency. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat with medium low heat. When pan is warm, add 2-3 Tbsp. of batter. Cook for approx. 1 minute on each side. Makes 5-6 pancakes
