Combine yogurt, pumpkin, vanilla, Splenda (or Stevia) using more or less as you want) and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl; mix well.

Spoon into dessert dishes.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with sugar free whipped cream and dust with cinnamon or nutmet.

Note:
Freeze any leftover pumpkin mixture in a ice cube tray that holds 2 tablespoons each then pop them out placing in a Ziploc Freezer bag. Take out 2 whenever you need them. If you let them sit until defrosted you can pour off any liquid that accumulates.
