Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (1 bowl)

1/4  cup
1/2  cup
2  teaspoons
1  ounce
1  teaspoon
1  pinch
1  tablespoon

Pre-heat oven to medium (350)
crush crackers, add 1 tsp oil, add Paprika/chilly flakes.
Line small bake tray (personal size pizza/6 inch) till a short wall is created.
Bake for 10 mins in medium

Saute onion, brocoli in 1 tsp oil. Add Cajun spice.

In bowl, mix
Flour , Baking soda , butter.
Whisk eggs and add to mixture
Add Cajun, pepper, paprika. Whisk till blended.
Shred cheese into bowl. Mix.

Pour into cracker lined bowl
