Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings

Place oil in pan & heat then add onion till slightly brown.
Add mince & heat through.
Add chillies, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and combine.
Place sugar & stock cube in a jug and add 3/4 pint of boiling water. Add to mince.
Add chopped Pepper & Kidney Beans and simmer for approx 40 mins
