Soak nuts overnight
Place nuts in food processor to chop
Add apple shreds to nut mixture
Puree the dates, add to nut mixture
add rest of ingredients to nut mixture
(use less apple for crunchier granola)
dehydrate at 145 for an hour, then reduce to 115 until done (about 48 hours) When granola is dry enough to peel off, turn over and leave on grid to cook the rest of the way.
