Cut pork into bite size cubes. Pour oil into pan add 1 onion and brown meat. Season with Mrs. Dash. Make salsa using the rest of the ingredients minus the 1 pepper. Place all ingredients and the other onion into blender and mix. Add to pork. Dice up remaining pepper and add to meat. Simmer and cook until meat is tender. Add water if necessary. Serve with Mexican rice
