Directions:  
Set toaster oven to 350...place dry chile pods in toaster for approximately 1 minute ( chili will toast quickly...do not over toast)...Soak Red Chile pods for at least 15 minutesin warm water...Place soaked chile pods in blender with water (Add water slowly...more or less water for desired thickness) garlic, Coriander and Oregano..Blend until smooth...
while blending brown and drain meat..stir in potato about 3 minutes...add blended chile and salt...boil for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes soften....let stand at least 15 minutes...
