Set toaster oven to dry chile pods in toaster for approximately 1 minute ( chili will toast not over toast)...Soak Red Chile pods for at least 15 minutesin warm water...Place soaked chile pods in blender with water (Add water slowly...more or less water for desired thickness) garlic, Coriander and Oregano..Blend until smooth...
