1/2  cup
8  cups
1/2  dash
1/2  teaspoon
1-1/2  tablespoons

Put rice, water & salt into a large pot and bring water to a steady boil using high heat.
Reduce temperature to low and simmer until rice is mushy and falling apart (upto 3 hours depending on type of rice used).
Let the liquid cool somewhat before putting it into the blender.
Add any additional ingredients and puree for several minutes until the rice has become ocmpletely liquid.
Transfer to a large container and add 1 cup or more of water to thin out the consistency a bit if you like you rice milk thinner.
Keep refrigerated and shake or stir before each use.
