Directions:  
Fry Bacon until crisp in a large non stick skillet; set bacon aside.
Saute peas in bacon grease. Add the rest of the ingredients; except bacon. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until the chicken broth is absorbed. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top; serve immediately.
