Cook pasta rings as directed on box, rinse and drain

Hard boil eggs, peal and chop

Chop onions

Mix dressing, mustard, horseradish, garlic powder, salt and pepper together

Drain tuna

Mix rings, eggs, tuna, onions, peas and dressing together, cover and cool

Before serving, add garnish of sliced radish and parsley
